Maybe I Am Everything They Say I Am...

It's that time of year again! This year I have two boxes of cards, plus some miscellaneous ones I've picked up over the last few weeks when I thought they were just too cute to pass up. So anybody who would like a Christmas card, please post your address here. Comments are screened. Or, if you prefer, you can send them on to Jellybeanslash at Gmail dot com.

I would even be willing to send a bah humbug card if Christmas/other december holidays aren't really your thing. :-)

I do mean anybody! Even if we don't know each other very well, I like to spread the holiday cheer. Or anti-cheer.

Anybody who would like to send one to me can request my address as well.

Also, I know I haven't posted on IJ in... forever, but LJ's force is strong and hard to resist. Woe.

You know that you lead a sad existence socially when generic "Happy Birthday!" e-mails sent from radio/band/etc fan clubs/mailing lists/etc that you subscribe to bring you great joy.

And they do. Ridiculous amounts. Because I am getting old, and every bit helps. Plus, one radio station sent me a $20 Dairy Queen gift card. Brownie sundae... just what my large behind needs.

So, I'm finally back from the Totally Unnecessary Trip to Visit With Family (hereby known as Hell Week, or TUT) and I'm so happy. Some of the children (and adults) in my family are so ill-behaved. I won't name names (just in case -- God only knows who looks at this thing) but suffice to say they turned the trip into a really, really big let-down.

Anyways, I hope you all had fun, ate twice your weight in turkey/ham/mashed potatoes/PIE, and went somewhere that wasn't half as cold as Saskatchewan. Also, I hope that everyone who asked for one got their Christmas card from me. I filled them out, addressed them, mailed them, etc. but I have a horrible fear of losing things in the mail. Also, magic_helmet hopefully nothing in yours got too squished or bent. And Rei, I hope I didn't mess up the "Light Packet" nonsense for yours. Honestly, tell these people there's ONE thing that isn't paper in there and they freak out and go all light packet on your ass...

Okay, guys, I know I've been pretty quiet lately, but this is your LAST CHANCE to request a Christmas/Holiday card that just might arrive near Christmas!! They're being mailed away TOMORROW.
